Texas Woman Gets Six Noise Complaints From Downstairs Male Neighbor, Then Sends Dad and Brother to Deal With the Issue: ‘Talk About Intimidation’

For one Texas woman living in the top apartment, however, the situation took an unexpected turn after her downstairs neighbor allegedly took issue with the noise coming from her apartment. After receiving multiple complaints, she decided to comply with his request. But only on her terms.
TikTok creator Kenzilla93 claims that her downstairs male neighbor has left her six very long handwritten letters about the noise she makes upstairs, especially when she is walking. She starts by reading the most recent letter left by her neighbor. As she reads the letter, her social media followers can’t help but immediately notice that the letter appears to be respectful and well-written. As she continues to read his requests, all the while offering a peaceful solution, the creator’s followers begin to sense that there could be more to the story than she is initially letting on.
Apartment Drama Heats Up When Texas Woman Brings Dad and Brother Into Drama
The downstairs neighbor asks his upstairs neighbor to step downstairs into his apartment the next time she has company so she can hear for herself some of the noise he lives with. Of course, the Texas woman seemingly has a few suspicions, and it doesn’t take long before she develops an attitude toward the complaining apartment dweller below.
She suggests that his request for her to come to his apartment to talk over the matter is somewhat forward, and gives her a bit of an ick. Her followers agree that it is not the best idea to attempt to settle their differences in this matter. So instead, she reaches out to her father and brother, asking them to come over and handle the issue for her.
They immediately agree and seemingly take her side, feeling the need to intervene and protect her. However, when they arrive at her home, the Texas woman shows them the letters and sends them down to the man’s apartment without prior notice.
Noise Check Fails To Solve The Issue
Kenzilla93 laughs at the idea of sending her male relatives to confront her neighbor, adding that she hopes the visit was a “fun surprise.” Smirking, she states that she doubts she will get letters anymore. She adds that she and her sister-in-law did a walk test in high heels while her family members were down below with her neighbor.
While the man reportedly seemed very embarrassed by the complaints while speaking with her dad, she adds that they determined that the walking seemed normal on the noise meter. She suggests that the downstairs neighbor was scared and seemingly backtracked, per her brother and dad’s recount.
The TikTok creator’s followers began blowing up the comment section, many seeing that the Texas woman’s attitude appeared very entitled and nasty. Most feel that she sent her male relatives to intimidate the man, and while he seemingly backtracked during the encounter with her family, he began handling things in a different way.
The noise problem did not go away. Instead, the downstairs neighbor began taking his complaints to the apartment managers instead of hoping for a peaceful solution face to face. This quickly made the Texas woman grow even more defensive as her followers turned on her, taking the man’s side.

“If it’s the 6th letter, it’s not “normal living.” As someone who’s been there, he’s not writing letters for shits and giggles. My last upstairs neighbor did the same bs, so I started recording the excessive noise until they were evicted,” one irritated commenter writes.

While the Texas woman has yet to update the situation, while scrolling through her page, it is essential to note that she not only complains about her downstairs neighbor’s issues with her.
