Michigan Woman Confronts Fast Food Workers After Allegedly Finding Gross Item In Her Order: ‘I Hope They Review The Cameras’
A fast food customer in Michigan found something truly disgusting inside her dinner and decided to return to the chicken restaurant where she had ordered the food to confront the staff. The woman, Chloe Lux, says she found multiple hairs inside her order, so she returned to find out how they got there.
In a video posted her TikTok account @chloelux_, the Royal Oak, Michigan woman is seen walking up to the counter at the chicken restaurant and asking if one of the staff members put hair in her food. “Did somebody do something to my food?” Chloe asks the woman behind the counter.
“Like what?” the employee responds. “Like put hair in my food. On purpose,” Chloe fires back. She went on to explain that she got her food and began eating it in her car when she found multiple hairs. Grossed out, she believed that her order must have been tampered with by one of the employees at the restaurant.

Eventually, the woman was issued a refund. However, she’s not happy with the service and wants social media to know it. She fully believes that someone put the hair in her food on purpose and isn’t letting it slide.
“Food is too expensive to be doing things to people just because you don’t like them for no reason at all. I found 3 hairs in my food. I hope they review the cameras at this location @ChickenShack in Royal Oak, Mi. Truly disgusted! A refund is not enough in my opinion. #chickenshack #tampering #healthdepartment,” Chloe captioned the video.

She went on to interact with viewers in the comment section, and claimed that her food was tampered with because the employee didn’t like the tip she gave them. However, she has no direct proof. “He did it because I left a 40 cent tip. I only had $11 on my card…..and they get paid a regular hourly. I’m a grad student door dasher… I literally gave all I had and they are evil,” she stated.
Meanwhile, others in the comment section were equally as outraged. “Call the Department of Health file a complaint and file a civil lawsuit against the store,” one person said. “Manager didn’t apologize he didn’t say anything just I’ll give you your money back that’s crazy!” another chimed in. “This absolutely can’t be the new normal in this world people absolutely have to do better,” a third comment read.
