Florida Man Discovers A Knife-Wielding Crustacean While Letting His Dog Outside: ‘Mess With The Crabby And Get the Stabby’
Wild animals can be absolutely beautiful to encounter. However, not all of them can be or should be approached, no matter how small they may be. Take this recently posted TikTok video, for example. The clip has around 758K likes and 8.8 million views as a Florida man discovers a knife-wielding crab while letting his dog outside to do its business. Social media users seemingly can’t get enough of this wild encounter, as the clip continues to go viral online.
Unfortunately, the TikTok video starts off with the chaos already underway. However, viewers can see the man stepping outside of his home in order to deal with the discovery his four-legged friend had made. The Florida man then pans the camera down in order to show viewers the armed crustacean. Sure enough, the crab is holding the blade of a pocketknife, sharp side up. The man can then be heard asking his dog, “Where did you find a crab holding a shank?”
The Florida man would then proceed to pick up the crab by its other claw. As he does this, the dog looks very proud of itself for sniffing out the would-be threat. The man can also be seen attempting to get the animals to drop the blade, yet it seems to be to no avail. The crab is also a pretty decent sized animal, and would surely do some damage with or without the knife thanks to those claws.
TikTok Reacts To Florida Man’s Crustacean Invasion
The TikTok comment section also had a lot to say regarding this encounter, as many users would hurry to leave behind their own thoughts and jokes. “Why do crabs just be found with knives?” asked one. Another wrote, “He’s from London.” Somebody else then joked, “We are so worried about the AI uprising that we never noticed the crabs with knives.” Finally, one last person’s comment also read, “Mess with the crabby and get the stabby.”
Sadly, the TikTok video would then come to an end with the Florida man telling his dog that he doesn’t think they want to mess with this “Gangster a** crab.” After a few more shakes in an attempt to get the animal to drop the blade again, the clip cuts off. At the end of the day, this was certainly a strange encounter, but not super uncommon.
There have been a few other cases of this exact situation posted on the internet as well. At least nobody was harmed in the making of this TikTok video, and the Florida man even helped the creature out a little by getting it away from his dog. Yet, this may change the way a lot of people look at these little crustaceans.
